This October, Luca Bistro is bringing a little French darkness to the Hill with Scary Wednesdays: Les Catacombes, a candlelit Halloween-inspired dining experience!
Every Wednesday evening, enjoy spooky specialty cocktails, French-inspired appetizers, and a hauntingly charming atmosphere. Whether you're stopping in for drinks or gathering around the table with friends, expect candlelight, a little mystery, and plenty of Halloween spirit.

Celebrate Halloween with an evening of neighborhood fun! Families are invited to gather at Bow Tie Cafe for costumes, games, photos, refreshments, and festive activities before heading out for trick-or-treating throughout Mt. Adams. Costume prizes will be awarded at 5:55 PM, with neighborhood trick-or-treating from 6–8 PM.
Beaujolais Nouveau Celebration
Experience a little taste of France in Mt. Adams! Celebrate the arrival of Beaujolais Nouveau with a festive neighborhood parade featuring live jazz, French flags, and plenty of Parisian flair. The evening traditionally includes a ceremonial wine uncorking and tasting before continuing at Hi-Fi Cincy with French-inspired bites, music, and community celebration.
Reindog Parade
One of Cincinnati's most beloved holiday traditions returns to Mt. Adams! For more than three decades, the Reindog Parade has brought together dogs, their humans, and holiday enthusiasts for a festive celebration unlike any other. Watch as pups dressed in their holiday best parade through the historic streets of Mt. Adams, spreading cheer to spectators of all ages. Bring the family, enjoy the costumes, and celebrate the holiday season on the Hill!
Mt. Adams Luminaria Display
Watch Mt. Adams glow with holiday magic as hundreds of luminarias illuminate the neighborhood's historic streets. This beloved tradition transforms the Hill into a beautiful winter wonderland, inviting residents and visitors to stroll through the neighborhood, admire the lights, and celebrate the season together. Luminaria kits are traditionally available for residents to purchase in advance.

Public Reading of the Declaration of Independence | Eden Park | July 4
Celebrate America's birthday by joining the community for a public reading of the Declaration of Independence at historic Seasongood Pavilion in Eden Park.
As our nation marks 250 years of the Declaration of Independence, this inspiring civic tradition returns with local leaders, artists, educators, and community members reading the founding document aloud in its entirety. The morning will also feature patriotic musical performances by No Promises Vocal Band and Burgess Byrd.
This event is free and open to the public, making it a meaningful way for families, history enthusiasts, and Cincinnati residents to begin their Fourth of July celebrations.
Produced by the July Fourth Project in collaboration with Cincinnati Parks, Cincinnati Public Library, the Woman's City Club of Greater Cincinnati, the League of Women Voters of the Cincinnati Area, the Mt. Adams Civic Association, and other community partners.
